The Frying Basket Professional Rectangular Tinned No4 is Rectangular and has one long handle and 2 hooks, for easy use and draining. By professional, we mean that the grid of the frying basket has 1 mm. thickness and both the frame and the handle have 5 mm. thickness, therefore it is more robust and suitable for continuous, heavy and demanding use. After frying your favorite foods, lift and place the frying basket on the supports of the fryer pot, to drain the excess oil from the food. The Frying Basket Professional Rectangular Tinned No4 is also known as Fryer Wire, Chip Pan Wire or Chip Pan Basket. However, whatever you call it, we have it!
