By professional, we mean that the grid of the frying basket has 1 mm. thickness and both the frame and the handle have 5 mm. thickness, therefore it is more robust and suitable for continuous, heavy and demanding use. After frying your favorite foods, lift and place the frying basket on the supports of the fryer pot, to drain the excess oil from the food.
