The Butter Mould Wooden 400 gr No3 is a traditional butter mould ideal for shaping butter and decorating with a relief flower, the top of the butter block. The Butter Mould Wooden 400 gr No3 can be used either to shape your handmade fresh churned or slightly warm butter.

The Butter Mould Wooden 400 gr No3 is made of beech wood, appropriate for contact with food. The Butter Mould Wooden 400 gr No3 is one-piece and compact construction that you will use for many years. The Butter Mould Wooden 400 gr No3 has ribbed edges, smooth surface and has engraved designs of flowers or birds, that imprint on the top of the butter block.

You can use the Butter Mould Wooden 400 gr No3 in two different ways to create a beautiful block of butter with an relief flower pattern at the top:

1. Soak the Butter Mould Wooden 400 gr No3 in cold water for 30 minutes, then add butter with a ladle or spatula and place in the fridge for approximately 2 hours. Once set, invert the mould over the plate and tap to release. If it needs a bit of help, use a butter knife to loosen the edges.
2. Place the Butter Mould Wooden 400 gr No3 in the freezer for 30 minutes before adding the butter and then place in the fridge for approximately 2 hours. Once set, invert the mould over the plate and tap to release. If it needs a bit of help, use a butter knife to loosen the edges.
