Also, the Culture for Cheeses helps cheese ripening. The Culture for Cheeses is used in the production of cheeses, soured milk, curd, sour cream or butter milk. The Culture for Cheeses is freeze-dried. The Culture for Cheeses is in powder form enough for 1 liter of milk. Once the milk is at the proper temperature, the Culture for Cheeses can be added.
