The Lid Stainless Steel 40 cm 1.2 mm Dome shaped is a construction of optimum quality. It is suitable for all kind of food. It is made of stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304). It is one-piece construction with a handle perfect welded upon its body.
It is made of Stainless Steel Sheet of 1.2 mm thickness. It is given with a life - time guarantee. Its shape is constructed with a slope, so as all the steam will be directed to the inner walls of the pot. There, the steam liquifies and comes back to the pot's content without any loss. It is ideal for the Stock Pot OZ0003 40x32 40 lit, the Stock Pot OZ0004 40x40 50 lit and for every pot with diameter of 40 cm.
Before the first use, wash the stock pot thoroughly so as to remove any residue and oils, which may derive from the construction unit. Use mild detergents with lukewarm water. Do not use wire. Also, it would be really good to dry the stock pot after washing it.
