The Agitator Electrical for Food is an electric device of optimum quality. The Agitator Electrical for Food is manufactured entirely from stainless steel, appropriate for food. It is preset at 75 rpm. It can work for unlimited period of time, nonstop. The length and height of the stirrer are adjustable, so as it can be mounted on every stock pot - boiler 75 liters and above (below you can read analytically the dimensions of the agitator and which stock pot-boiler can be mounted). With its help, you can stir nonstop, Milk, Sauces, Jams, Honey and every kind of food that demands stirring.
Dimensions of the Agitator
| The total length of the horizontal body (including the switch on/off) is 82 cm. Its width is 6.2 cm. The thickness of the steel is 6 mm. Each notch has height of 2 cm and width of 1.5 cm approximately. Of course, with a good drill, you can change the dimensions of the notches or make new notches where you want. | |

| The distances from notch to notch and consequently the diameters of the boilers that the agitator can be mounted (with the existing notches) are: 69.5 / 67 / 63 / 60.5 cm , 67 / 65 / 61 / 58 cm , 63 / 61 / 57 / 54 cm , 61 / 58 / 54.5 / 51.5 cm. At the photo besides you can see the first two tetrads of dimensions. All the dimensions have been measured from the center of each notch. Each notch refrains from each opposite 5.5 cm. |  |

| The rod of the agitator that is connected to the motor is solid stainless steel 18 mm. Its height is 35.5 cm (measured from its bottom tip till the bottom of the horizontal body). Each hole has distance from the tip of the rod 18 / 24 / 30.8 / 33 cm respectively. The rod with the blades of stirring has φ of 22 mm, height of 38 cm and the thickness of steel that is constructed is 2 mm. Depending on which hole will adapt the two rods, the length of the stirrer can be 52.5 / 46.4 / 39.2 / 37.5 cm. Of course, you can drill on both rods new holes, so as the agitator can be mount on your stock pot - boiler. The thickness of the steel that the blades are constructed is 2 mm. The dimensions of each blade are 20.5 x 5 cm. |

| Two words about the motor. The motor has power of 90 watt. The rpm are 1370 and with the steel reducer that we have adjusted, the rpm are diminished to 75. Namely we have diminished the rpm 18 times. Consequently, the watts to the stirrer are multiplied 18 times, i.e. 18x90 = 1620 watts. The meaning is that our agitator is very powerful, it can work nonstop, unlimited, no matter how tough is the stirring mixture. The agitator is given with life-time warranty. Its cable has length of 2 m. Its total weight is 11.5 kg. | |
