Use Instructions for the Electric Fruit Peeler Pro.

1. Plug the cable connection into the Electric Fruit Peeler Pro and press on On - Light Switch.
2. Lift the upper pin holder by pressing the upper arm and stick the fruit or the vegetable, attempting to centre this, onto cylinder with the three points (trident)
3. Release the upper arm making sure the upper pin holder stays in the centre of the fruit or vegetable and press until is stuck in.
4. Choose the Operating Mode depending on the thickness of the peel. Choose the operating mode I for thin peel and the operating mode II for thick peel.
5. Adjust the thickness of the cutting blade on the cylinder with positioner (probe tube).
6. Press the Start Button (On - Light Switch) for a few seconds.
7. The peeling process of each fruit lasts about 10 seconds and will stop automatically.
8. Keep the fruit or the vegetable with a fork or your hand and press the upper arm to release it.
9. Full peeling, quick and easy.

Useful Tips for the Electric Fruit Peeler Pro

• Place the fruit and vegetables to be peeled with the hardest part downwards.
• For very small fruit change the position of the trident.
• For too big fruit cut them in half.
• If the skin is very thin and not very consistent, place the cylinder with positioner (probe tube) at the top, to start the process.
• After each use, clean with water and a damp cloth to remove the juice that comes out when peeling fruit and vegetables.
