Seasoning is an ongoing process that builds up with use and maintenance, giving you the familiar black patina that is naturally non-stick. The Seasoning Spray helps to preserve the non-stick ability of your cast iron cookware.

1. Clean and dry cookware thoroughly
2. Spray cookware enough to lightly coat cooking surface
3. Rub oil into cooking surface with a cloth or paper towel, removing any excess oil
