The Oat Roller - Grain Flaker Marga Mulino uses three rollers that rotate in 6 different speeds. The rollers are powered either by the handle provided or by the Pastadrive Motor. The Pastadrive Motor is not included in the package, although you can get it from here.
The type of processing is determined by the distance between the rollers, which you can change using the adjustment knob. Use the settings 1 to 3 for cereal flakes with different cuts, depending on individual preferences or recipe requirements. Use setting 0 (shown in red) for coarse flour milling. |
Flakes
The Oat Roller - Grain Flaker Marga Mulino can cut grains into 5 different sizes, using the settings 1 to 3 and the intermediate positions that are marked by dots. Using this method, the chosen settings change the distance between the first pair of rollers, determining the size of the flake. The third roller facilitates the passage of the flakes from the machine, without further processing. With the Oat Roller - Grain Flaker Marga Mulino you can choose the size of the flakes depending on your personal preferences or on the type of the grains that you will use. |
The Oat Roller - Grain Flaker Marga Mulino gives you the ability to make your own fresh breakfast flakes. Consuming freshly cut flakes ensures you enjoy not only the fresh taste, but the whole nutritional benefit of the grains.

Flour
The Oat Roller - Grain Flaker Marga Mulino gives you the ability to grind flour. When grinding flour, we recommend pre-processing by passing the grains through the machine at setting 1, then at setting 2 and again at setting 3. Once pre-processing is complete, turn the knob to 0 for final processing.
At setting 0, the first pair of rollers breaks up the grains while the second roller creates a coarse ground flour, the third roller creates a finely ground flour (pic. 3). We recommend repeating the grinding at setting 0 until you have the desire grinding.
The Oat Roller - Grain Flaker Marga Mulino is not a flour mill. If you want to produce flour then we suggest you see the excellent grain mill WonderMill.

Fill the hopper with the grains and turn the crank (pic. 8). The processed grains will exit the chute; for easy collection and clean up, make sure that you have placed a container under the chute before processing begins.
