The Sleeve Extractor is the accessory with which we will remove the Sleeve, quickly and easily. It consists of three parts, the rod and two disks, one small and one large. The Sleeve Extractor is appropriate for contact with food and is designed for the Pasta Machine Chef in Casa. It is rust-resistant, do not break and you will have it for a lifetime. The Sleeve Extractor is excellent for both home and professional use.
To remove the Sleeve with the Sleeve Extractor, follow the steps below:
- Turn the Mixer Shaft Release / Lock Switch to the left.
- Remove the Pin.
- Slide the Mixer Shaft out and remove it from above.
- Unscrew the Die-Holder Ring with the Wrench for Die-Holder Ring and remove the Die.
- Also, remove the Worm Screw.
- Then re-screw the Die-Holder Ring with the Wrench for Die-Holder Ring.
- Insert the rod, with the smaller disk alone, working from inside the bowl outwards. When the rod extends outside the sleeve, reattach the larger disk.
- Start pulling the Sleeve Extractor from the large disk until the Sleeve comes out of the Pasta Machine Chef in Casa.
