The Pasta Machine Professional Electric Ristorantica is an electric multifunction machine, perfect to knead dough, to make extruded pasta, to shape dough sheets in various thicknesses and to cut dough pasta in different lengths. It is at the same time Kneading Machine, Pasta Rolling Machine with a variety of thickness settings, Pasta Cutting Machine and Extruder i.e. it can produce many kinds of pasta, depending on the die you have placed. It will make your daily work much easier as you can do 2 tasks at the same time! You can knead and roll pasta sheets or knead and cut pasta sheets! Reducing by far the production time of fresh pasta.
The Pasta Machine Professional Electric Ristorantica is ideal to knead dough for pasta, bread or pizza, quick and easy! In the user manual you can find different recipes for dough, with eggs or without. Pour 1 kg of soft wheat flour into the mixing tank, 6 eggs and add water up to a total of 420 ml (grams). Close the top cover, set the switch to Mixer and push the switch On - Off. In just 3 minutes you will have 1.6 kg of dough ready!
If you want to make extruded pasta, you only have to choose from the dies for Spaghetti, Rigatoni, Macaroni or Zini that included in the packaging, set the switch to Extruder and push the switch On - Off. Use the cutting arc to cut the extruded pasta out to the desired length. In just 4 minutes you will have turned 1.6 kg of dough into extruded pasta of your choice!
Furthermore, the Pasta Machine Professional Electric Ristorantica is excellent to make pasta sheets. Use the Pasta Sheet Attachment 22 cm or the Pasta Sheet Attachment 15 cm to make 12 - 15 kg/hour of pasta sheets, with thickness 0.25 - 2.5 mm and width 22 or 15 cm. Use the Cutter Attachment Fettuccine 6 mm to cut the dough sheet that you made with the Pasta Sheet Attachment 22cm, to make Fettuccine 6mm, that are also known as noodles. Also, use the 15cm dough sheet, that you made with the Pasta Sheet Attachment 15 cm, with the manual pasta machines to make ravioli and gnocchi. The Pasta Machine Professional Electric Ristorantica is excellent because it can knead, make pasta sheets and cut pasta sheets at the same time!
