The Round Metal Griddles with Two Handles are made of 2 mm metal sheet that's why they are heavier construction than the Round Metal Griddles with Long Handle that are made of 1 mm sheet metal and they are lighter construction. The Round Metal Griddles are made in Greece, of metal and they are entirely handmade. They can withstand high temperatures. The Round Metal Griddles are perfect to bake in a traditional oven, in a wood-fired oven, in a built-in oven, in a fireplace or over an open fire. It can be placed either directly on the fire or on a trivet. The Round Metal Griddles are suitable both for domestic and for professional use.
