The Deluxe Cherry Pitter is ideal for big quantities of Cherries or Sour Cherries, quick and easy. The Deluxe Cherry Pitter extract pits from the cherries or the sour cherries, without losing their juice. With the 5 slots for Cherries or Sour Cherries considerably reduces the time you need to remove the pits.

The Deluxe Cherry Pitter is made in Buffalo, NY, entirely of stainless steel, suitable for food contact. The Deluxe Cherry Pitter is manual and is operated by pulling a lever. The Deluxe Cherry Pitter has 5 slots for cherries or sour cherries so you can extract 5 pits in a single pull of the lever! It also has a stainless steel hopper, a stainless steel pick-up container, and four feet with rubber suction cups for greater stability in use. Operating Instructions for the Deluxe Cherry Pitter.

1. Remove the Deluxe Cherry Pitter from its packaging and assembled it.
2. Then put the Deluxe Cherry Pitter on a fixed table or bench and stick the feet with the suction cups, for more stability during the use.
3. Remove the stems from the Cherries and Sour Cherries.
4. Put the Cherries or the Sour Cherries in the hopper.
5. Place the stainless steel pick-up container (included in the package) on the edge of the stainless steel tray, to collect the pitted Cherries or Sour Cherries.
6. Also, place a container under the 5 slots to collect the pits.
7. The pits are extracted in the cherry slots. There are 5 slots so in one move you can extract 5 pits of equal number of Cherries or Sour Cherries.
8. Put the Cherries or the Sour Cherries in the slots and pul the lever.
9. The container under of the hopper collects the pits.
10. And the Stainless Steel pick-up Container collects the pitted Cherries or Sour Cherries.
11. The next 5 Cherries or Sour Cherries take up position and the process is continuing.
12. The result is a bowl full of fresh Cherries or Sour Cherries without pits, in the blink of an eye, with no mess left to clean up.
