Able to mix 500g of flour in just 3 minutes with the same results you would have by hand: a compact, elastic and even dough. Fresh Pasta Recipe with the Pasta Mixer
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups flour (500 g).
- 4 whole eggs.
- water up to a total of 250 gr.
Important
- The volume of eggs and water must not exceed 8.5 fl. oz. (250 ml).
- For a better-tasting pasta, use a mixture that is half soft wheat flour and half durum wheat flour (semolina).
- Open the lid of Pasta Mixer and pour the ingredients into the bowl of the mixer, starting with the flour.
- Make sure the side cap is closed and the LED is off.
- Close the lid and turn on the machine by pressing the On/Off switch.
- After about 3 minutes, you should have a smooth and firm dough.
- Open the lid to remove the dough.
Pizza Dough Recipe with the Pasta Mixer Marcato
Ingredients- 2 3/4 cups flour (500 g).
- 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh brewer’s yeast (15 g).
- 1/4 cups oil (to taste).
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 approximately cup of warm water (250 ml).
- 1 pinch of sugar.

- Dissolve the brewer’s yeast in warm water and then add the sugar.
- Measure out the flour.
- Pour everything into the Pasta Mixer Marcato and then add 4 tablespoons of oil.
- Close lid and switch the Pasta Mixer Marcato On.
- After 2 minutes, add the salt and continue to knead for another 4-5 minutes.
- Take the dough out, work it into a ball and sprinkle with flour.
- Cover it with a clean dish towel and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm spot, away from any drafts.
- When it’s done rising, cut the dough into two pieces.
- Attach the Roller 220 accessory by Marcato and pass the dough through several times until it reaches the maximum width of the rollers.
- Sprinkle with flour as needed to obtain a soft, smooth dough.
- When finished rolling, you can make the pizza bigger by pressing the dough out with your hands.
- To make your pizza thicker, cut out its shape and let it rise for a while longer.
- Preheat the oven to 225 ° C (435 ° F).
- Place the dough on a tray and add your favorite toppings.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Bread Recipe with Pasta Mixer Marcato
Ingredients- 2 3/4 flour (500 gr).
- 1 1/2 tablespoon (15 gr).
- 1/4 cup oil (to taste).
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 cup of warm water (250 ml).
- 1 pinch of sugar.

- Dissolve the brewer’s yeast in warm water and then add the sugar.
- Place all ingredients in the Pasta Mixer and add 1/4 cup of oil.
- Close the lid and switch the Pasta Mixer On.
- After 2 minutes, add the salt and continue to knead for another 4-5 minutes.
- Take the dough out, work it into a ball and sprinkle with flour.
- Cover it with a clean dish towel and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm spot, away from any drafts.
- When it’s done rising, put it back in the mixer and knead for 4-5 more minutes.
- Remove it, work the bread into the desired shape and let it rise for about one and a half hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
- Bake the bread for 20-40 minutes, depending on its shape (the bigger the bread, the longer the baking time), until the crust is golden brown.
- After 20 minutes, check the bread occasionally by testing it with a wooden skewer or cake tester: if the skewer comes out dry, the bread is done; otherwise, bake it a little while longer.
- Once the bread is done, remove it from the oven and cover it with a cotton dish towel to keep it soft.
If you want to make Wholemeal Bread with the Pasta Mixer Marcato you just have to follow the above Bread Recipe with the Pasta Mixer Marcato and just replace the flour with wholemeal flour!
Cookie Recipe with Pasta Mixer Marcato
Ingredients- 500 gr floour.
- 250 gr sugar.
- 250 gr butter or margarine, melted in bain-marie.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 1 cup of milk.
- 3 egg yolks.

- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar.
- Add the melted butter and the milk.
- Pour the yolk mixture and flour into the mixer and add the salt and any optional flavorings.
- Close the lid, turn the Pasta Mixer ON and allow it to knead for 12-15 minute.
- The resulting dough should be smooth and soft.
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F) and prepare a greased baking sheet. We do not recommend using parchment paper to line the baking sheet.
- Use the Marcato Biscuit Maker (cookie press) to create the desired cookie shape. The Marcato Biscuit Maker can create up to 20 different shapes of cookies.
- Arrange the cookies onto the pre-greased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
- Remove tray from oven and allow cookies to cool before removing from tray or decorating (if desired).
Useful Tips
- Mix soft-wheat and durum wheat flour for tastier mixtures.
- When using the Pasta Mixer for the first time, clean it with a damp cloth.
- Clean the rollers of the accessories by feeding a little dough through them, which will then be discarded.
- Extract the dough more easily after processing by stopping the Pasta Mixer when the dough is at the top of the bowl.
- Every three complete machining cycles (kneading-sheeting-extrusion) a 10 minutes break with the machine turned off and the lid open is required.
Care and Maintenance

- Unplug the power cord before performing maintenance.
