The Dimtsas company is a store with a wide range of products. The company can sell the products either in retail or in wholesale. The main office is in Ptolemaida. The shipping of the products is detailed described in the page Shipping & Payment. In the same page are mentioned many details about the payment methods. Further details on payment methods you can found below. Our purpose is the constant search of the most quality and innovative products at the best price of the market. We stand out for continued after-sales support.

Payment Methods

Many details about Payment Methods can also be found in the section Shipping & Payment. Below you can find some more details. To sum up, the Payment Methods are:

a) Pay on delivery. This way you pay in cash the total amount of your order as soon as you receive it from the shipping company.

b) Deposit to Bank. This way you make an advance payment in one of the cooperating banks. Dimtsas Ioannis should be mentioned as the beneficiary of the account. After completing the payment, you must notify us by e-mail, fax or simply by phone and we will immediately send you your order.

c) Credit or Depid or Prepaid Card. In this case, as you will see in detail below, the entire process after completing your order on our website is done exclusively through Piraeus Bank's secure web site. The Piraeus Bank informs us about the payment of the order and then we send you. All cards Visa - Mastercard - Maestro are supported. Whether they are Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards. If you choose a card payment method, you can pay either the full amount of your order or up to 24 interest-free monthly installments. d) Paypal. In this case, the entire process after completing your order on our website is done exclusively through Paypal. The Paypal informs us about the payment of the order and then we send it to you.

Product Replacement

The Dimtsas Company try for the best service of the customers. However, it is not responsible for any damages that may result from the shipment of the products. However, due to goodwill and professionalism takes over, immediatly, the replacement of products that damaged during shipment, as well as the shipping costs. All we ask from you is to inform, immediately, our company that the product that you received is damaged.

Returns Policy

If you receive the product you order and you want to return it for any reason, you can do it, as long as you contact us during the next 15 days from the delivery date. We send our associate courier, in your place, to receive the product in its packaging and unused to return it to us. The refund is made by credit your bank account, that you will indicated to us. In this case, you will be charged with the cost of the return of the product.

Warranty Policy

We undertake any technical support and repair costs during the warranty time of the products you purchased.

Rights of Intellectual Property

The names, images, logos and distinctive features that represent Δήμτσας or Dimtsas are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of Dimtsas Company and are protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks, intellectual property and unfair competition. In any case, their appearance and exposure to the web pages of Dimtsas should in no way be construed as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.

The Dimtsas Company preserves all rights to change unilaterally or to renew terms and conditions of the browsing of the website and transactions made through the online store. It also undertakes to inform the site of any change or addition to these terms.

Privacy Policy

To make an order you will be asked for some personal information as Surname, Name, email, phone number, address etc. These personal information you declare anywhere on our site are strictly and only for the process of your order and it is not allowed to used from third persons.

The Dimtsas Company preserve explicitly the privacy of the personal information of the customers and committed not to pass them in any third person (natural or legal person), with the exception of relevant provisions of the law and only to the competent authorities.

During your order you will be asked to create a Username and a Password. The only person that will have access to these information and to your personal information, that mentioned above, will be you through these codes. You are exclusively responsible to preserve them from third parties. In case of lose or of leak the above codes, please inform us immediatly. Our eshop is not responsible for the use of your secret codes from not authorized persons. We recommend you using difficult password that includes letters, numbers and symbols.
