Use the Cap D3 to transform your Hand Oil Screw Press into an 1 step Palm Fruit Press! The Cap D3 makes palm oil production easy and it requires minimal force and time. According to the manufacturer from 1 kilo of Palm Fruits (Elaeis guineensis) you can produce approximately 0.5 liter palm oil.

Traditional processing of Palm Fruits

By the traditional processing of palm fruits, the fruits are cooked for 2 hours. Then, the palm fruits are pulped and the hot pulp is put on cloths. The press cake is separated from the oil with the pressure and the rotation of the cloths. The oil is skimmed and can be collected into bottles or used for cooking later on, as well. The press cake can be used to make stew with palm oil.

Production of Palm Oil with the Cap D3

To produce Palm Oil you will need the follow products:

1. Cap D3
2. Hand Oil Screw Press PB0001.
3. Easyfill Set PB0007.

The Palm Oil Production with D3 Cap for Hand Oil Screw Press is a very easy and quick process. Produce your own Palm Oil following the below steps:

1. Use fresh fruits.
2. Cut the pulp from the nut. Alternative method for removing pulp from the nut: steam the fruits during at least 1 hour.
3. Shorten the fibres to app. 1 cm length.
4. Put the Cap D3 in the Hand Oil Screw Press.
5. Fill the expeller with the pieces of fruit during turning of the crank.
6. You instantly produce the palm oil.
7. After settling the oil is orange. It will be solid at low temeperatures.
