Also, it is usable for the pasteurization of fruit or vegetables juices, the warming of milk for feeding of calve, the liquidation of honey, the production of honey wax, etc. The pasteurization is a process of heat treatment, widely used, to extend food shelf life. The pasteurization kills the harmful bacteria and germs inside foods while retaining all the useful properties of them. he Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yoghurt Kettle Milky FJ 50 E is multifunctional and it has simple and easy use.

Plug the hose into the tap and open the cold water. Gradually the temperature of the milk, cream or juices you pasteurized will drop. The Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yoghurt Kettle Milky FJ 50 E has an elbow - milk outlet with a valve for greater convenience. The Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yoghurt Kettle Milky FJ 50 E is three-walled and it is made entirely of stainless steel. The outer container is one-piece construction and therefore has no welds that can cause problems. Also, a wall strength of 1,2 mm between the second and third chamber guarantees a perfect heat transfer from the heating water to the inner liquid. The result is an enormous saving of energy and heating costs trough LE-Effekt (Low Energy Effect)! Especially formed and precisely closing cover prevents an evasion of steam and a flow on the outer wall.

  1. The Temperature of the Water. The Heater will reach and and maintain the set temperature.
  2. The Production Time. The heater will maintain the set temperature for the set time. When the set time pass, the heater will switch off.

The water layer between the pasteurizer and the milk container ensures that milk will never burnt or boiled over. The boiler needs about 15 liters of water for optimal heating. The cooling is made manual through water exchange. The Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yoghurt Kettle Milky FJ 50 E is eco friendly because of low energy effect (LE-effect). This is achieved by the one-piece construction of the heater, the very thin walls, its electronic heating system and the one-piece construction of the milk container that has 1.2 mm thickness.

Operation of the Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yoghurt Kettle Milky FJ 50 E

  • Unboxing all the parts of the Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yoghurt Kettle Milky FJ 50 E.
  • Wash the milk container, the inlet hose, the outlet hose and the lid with warm water and detergent, and then wipe thoroughly. The pasteurizer should be cleaned with a damp cloth and then wiped thoroughly with a dry cloth.
  • Place the Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yoghurt Kettle Milky FJ 50 E on a firm, flat and stable surface.
  • Place one end of the inlet hose into cooling water in, at the side of the pasteurizer and the other end of the inlet hose on the tap (water supply).
  • Fix the outlet hose on cooling water out, at the side of the pasteurizer then tight firmly the clip. Put the free end of the outlet hose to the sink or siphon.
  • Fixing the milk outlet.
  • Make sure that the milk outlet is closed (OFF).
  • Fill the pasteurizer with water using the already fixed inlet hose until the water is coming out of the outlet hose.
  • Attention! The pasteurizer must always have water before use it.
  • Fill the milk container and cover it.
  • Attention! The content of the milk container should be up to a maximum of 45 liters and should never be less than 25 liters.
  • Attention! If milk container is not covered with the stainless steel lid, the time of heating will be longer and it will not reach max. temperature 94 °C.
  • Plug in the power supply. The display turns on and shows ---. Press the blue key Heating / Enter. The red light is on. The display shows the present temperature and begins to heat till setting temperature. Then it turns automatically on keep warm, the yellow light is on. On display is shown the setting time which start to countdown. When it comes to zero (0) the voice signal pipes 10 times. The pasteurizer turns off automatically and goes on standby.
  • Set up the Temperature: Press the setting key and the display shows the present temperature. Press the up - down keys and choose the temperature between 20 °C and 99 °C. Press the setting key again. The temperature is set up.
  • The temperature on the display of the Pasteurizer, which you have set up above, refers to the water temperature.
  • Set up the Time: After setting up the temperature press again the setting key and the time shows on the display. Press the key (up - down) and choose the time between 0 - 900 minutes. Press again the setting key and the time is set up.
  • The time on the display of the Pasteurizer, which you have set up above, refers to the time you want to maintain the content of the milk container at the desired temperature.
  • As soon as the Pasteurizer reaches the set up temperature, will maintain it as long as time you have set up.
  • After the pasteurization, the content of the milk container has the temperature you have set up (°C).
  • For cooling the content of the milk container just open the tap on the cold water. The time it takes to cool the content of the milk container, depends on the temperature of the cold water.
  • Press the Setting key, to close the Pasteurizer.
  • If on display is shown Er2 or Er3, then the Pasteurizer does not work. Pull out the plug and call tha authorised service.
