The Sieve with 3 Screens Metallic 29 cm is made in Greece, of nickel-plated metall. It has inner diameter 29 cm and the screen holes have 3 - 4.5 - 6 mm diameter. The Sieve with 3 Screens Metallic 29 cm has cord up and down, 2 nerves in the center and 2 support rod to withstand weight and not bend during use. The Sieve with 3 Screens Metallic 29 cm does not rust, however, we recommend that you dust it after each use and when you wash it, wipe it thoroughly so that it is well-dried before storing it. The process of grinding oregano, thyme, lavender and other aromatic plants is the same for all of them and it is very simple! To start, we need to choose one of the Sieves for Frumenty Wooden or one of the Sieves for Frumenty Metallic. After we have dried the oregano or other aromatic plants in bunches, we choose one of the following ways of grinding. In the first way, we grind the oregano or the other aromatic plants with our hands (it is better wearing gloves), in the sieve and we sift the oregano to distinguish the twigs or the small stones. In the second way, we pass each bunch of oregano or other aromatic plants through the sieve hole, so that only the oregano remains in the sieve. In the third way, we grind the oregano or the aromatic plants, on the back side of the sieve for frumenty. With the same way we grind frumenty. After we finish all bunches, we store them in bags that close tight, in glass jars or if we have vacuum machine in vacuum bags. Usually, the aroma of oregano or of other aromatic plants is very strong. Thats why it is good to store aromatic plants in airtight bags or jars and not to place them in cupboards where the smell can affect other foods.
