The Nutcracker - Nut Crusher is a necessary tool to crush walnuts, quick and easy. The Nutcracker - Nut Crusher is a hand-operated tool that does not require electricity. It is ideal for all kinds of walnuts. Furthermore, it is perfect to crush almonds, hazelnuts, chestnuts, acorns and a lot more kinds of nuts. The Nutcracker - Nut Crusher has an adjustment input depending on the size of the nuts and has the ability to crush 15 kg of walnuts per hour.

Assembly

The Nutcracker - Nuts Crusher is packed very well, to avoid possible damage. Open the package and cut the plastics that keep the Nutcracker - Nuts Crusher, tightly.

The package includes the Wooden Base, the Metallic Plate Base, the Main Body, the Metallic Face Plate, the Metallic Lever and a pack with the necessary screws. In the pack, you will find: 2 Lock Bolts, 1 Adjusting Bolt, 2 Washers, 2 Nuts and 1 small Nut without head, as you can also see in the photo.

• Open the package and untie the Nutcracker - Nuts Crusher.

The Metallic Plate Base has notches that can be attached to the Main Body. Then, screw the Nut without head (clockwise) at the Metallic Plate Base tightly, so that the Main Body attaches to the Metall Plate Base.

• Put the Metallic Plate Base with the Main Body on the Wooden Base and use the 2 Lock Bolts. Turn around the Wooden Base and put the Washers and the Nuts at the Lock Bolts. Then, screw the Nuts with the proper screwdriver (ratchet).
• Put the Metallic Face Plate in the back notches of the Main Body and the Metallic Lever in the front notches.

Put the Adjusting Bolt at the back of the Main Body and screw the Adjusting Bolt according to the size of the nuts that you will crush. The Adjusting Bolt can tighten the walnuts or the other nuts until they clog between the Metallic Lever and the Metallic Face Plate.

• Push the Metallic Lever with minimum force to the Metallic Face Plate, so that the walnuts break, without their shells jumping out of the Nutcracker - Nut Crusher.

The Nutcracker - Nut Crusher can be screwed directly to a table or to a workbench, without the Wooden Base. As you can see in the photo.
