Automatic Cycle of the Vacuum Sealer Machine - Takaje Red
Put the Vacuum Sealer Machine - Takaje Red on the worktop. Turn the Main Switch to position I (on). Hold the On - Off (Stand by) button pressed for 2 seconds. Then lift up the Mobile Lid. Insert the required content in an appropriately sized vacuum packing bag. The Vacuum Packing Bags and Rolls by Tre Spade are available in a wide range of sizes. Also, are available in the version for "sous vide" cooking. Place the vacuum packing bag with the opening inside the removable decompression chamber. Lower the lid and keep the vacuum packing bag content away from the sealing bar.
Keep pressed the mobile lid (pic. 2) until the vacuum packing bag starts to flatten. You can interrupt the automatic cycle at any time, pressing the On - Off (standby) Button. The Vacuum Sealer Machine - Takaje Red will turn off. Wait for the end of the suction cycle indicated by the lighting up of the seal key (button). The three blinking buttons indicate that the vacuum packing bag is being sealed. Wait for the automatic release, before retrieving the vacuum packing bag. To start a new cycle, wait for the On - Off (standby) button to turn steady.
Manual Cycle of the Vacuum Sealer Machine - Takaje Red
The Manual Cycle is useful to obtain a partial vacuum and prevent damage to delicate food (e.g. berries, lettuce, soft cheese, etc.), caused by excessive compression.
The Manual Cycle works just like the automatic cycle (see above), but you can stop it whenever you want by pressing the On - Off (standby) button. The Vacuum Sealer Machine - Takaje Red will turn off. Wait for the end of the suction cycle indicated by the lighting up of the seal key (button). The three blinking buttons indicate that the vacuum packing bag is being sealed. Wait for the automatic release, before retrieving the vacuum packing bag. To start a new cycle, wait for the On - Off (standby) button to turn steady.
Use of the Suction Extension of the Vacuum Sealer Machine Takaje Red for Jars with Metal Lids
The use of the Suction Extension of the Vacuum Sealer Machine Takaje Red, for Jars with Metal Lids, creates a vacuum and turn any universal jar with metal lid into a vacuum packing jar. Use any ordinary jar with a metal lid. Clean carefully, inside and outside, of the lid. Remove stickers and glue. Do not scratch the lid. Put the Valve Takaje in the special seat on the Valve Applicator Takaje. Check the correct position of the Valve Takaje. Place the Valve Applicator Takaje in the middle of the lid and hold it by means of two fingers. Stroke the Valve Applicator Takaje top. Remove the Valve Applicator Takaje and check the correct insertion of the Valve Takaje on the lid.
Place the Suction Extension on the lid, cover the Valve Takaje by applying a light pressure and press the Pump Key (button). The Seal Key (button) will light up once the optimal vacuum has been reached. Then the Suction Extension can be removed. Check that the Suction Extension is well fitted on the lid of the jar. To interrupt the manual cycle at any time, press the On - Off Key (standby button). The Vacuum Sealer Machine - Takaje Red will turn off.
Never aspirate liquid directly. Caution is needed when vacuuming liquid substances. Carefully re-position the suction extension, with the suction facing downwards, to allow further operations.
